Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ThaiFavorites. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile.
• Respect other members and do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple fake accounts.
• Sharing explicit or offensive content.
• Using the platform for commercial or fraudulent purposes.

Illegal / Adult Services

• Escorting, prostitution, and human trafficking are strictly prohibited.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit services are not permitted on the platform.

Platform Role

ThaiFavorites is a neutral intermediary dating and matching service. We are not a party to any personal relationship between users.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Premium membership fees, plan duration, and included features are shown on our Pricing/Membership page. Premium access becomes active after successful payment confirmation. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once Premium has been activated.

Termination

ThaiFavorites reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

ThaiFavorites provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or successful relationships.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiFavorites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

Technical Management & Development:

ThaiFavorites.com – Website and software development

The technical management provider receives a contractual service fee for development and maintenance services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
